Here are the options for making a return:
1. At the Little Cloud store located at Rua Cidade de N'dola number 77, 4150-707 Porto, Portugal.
2. Sending the product(s) you want to return to Little Cloud, Rua Cidade de N'dola number 77, 4150-707 Porto, Portugal.
We do not refund shipping.
Items that you want to return must reach us within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving them. We do not offer free returns. You will receive an online store/physical store credit for the value of your purchase without shipping costs included, once the parts have been returned in their original condition.
If our tests prove that the parts have already been used or altered, we will not accept the return. Items will be returned to the customer again without any notice.
After 30 days of purchase, it is unfortunately not possible to process the return.
Consider a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee you will receive the returned product.
Little Cloud is not responsible for parts lost by mail or customs, so keep your tracking information.
Little Cloud has several items that are developed with different materials, and each of them may have specific washing and/or cleaning requirements, contact us in case of doubt, and we are not responsible for defects caused by misuse.
Some materials may change color and texture depending on their use, and this is not an applicable reason for return.
Always send us your receipt and order number with the parts. If a returned item is shipped outside the European Union, please mark the order as “RETURN GOODS” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any fees imposed on orders returned to us by customs.
Once we have received the parts, please allow 1-7 days to receive your voucher, shipping costs not included.
 
CONDITIONS
In order to return the product, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as it was received.
All shopping vouchers are valid until the end of the respective year.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made in the form of a shopping voucher.

We do not make cash refunds, only in case the item has any defect, in which case a cash refund is made using the same payment method used in the order.
You will receive confirmation of return by email once it has been made.

Store Collect
If you choose to pick up the order at our physical store, located at Rua Cidade de N'dola number 77, 4150-707 Porto, Portugal, there is no cost.
After confirming the order you will receive an email as soon as you are ready to pick up. For in-store collection, the order number is required.
Other information
Our partners for sending our orders are the GLS carrier and Correos Express, and delivery estimates are provided on their web pages.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive details by email. Average transit times are between 1-7 business days, depending on destination, (consider the extra time of your customs check).
We are based in Portugal, and the customer is responsible for the payment of any duties, customs, charges or additional taxes imposed by the country of destination for delivery. No customs charges will apply to orders delivered in European Union countries.
Submissions Refused / Not Received
If you refuse or do not receive your order, you will be responsible for any fees that the order may incur and for the cost of shipping it to our address in Portugal. This amount will be taken from the total refund of your order.
If you do not receive the order at the address, it will be available for 5 working days for collection at a GLS / Correos Express post closest to the address provided. If after these 5 days the order has not been collected, it will return to our store. To resend, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs, even for domestic shipments.
